DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped from Hanover, MD

Monday through Saturday.

Orders are typically processed within one day but if we're experiencing a high volume of orders, your order can be delayed by 1-2 days.

 

Pre-Order Shipping

Outfits on pre-order will be shipped the date specified on the product page.  If you purchased additional items that are immediately available, they will be shipped on the date specified on the pre-order item page.

 

If you purchase more than one preorder item, all items will be shipped on the latest pre-order ship date.  We cannot split your order.  You can place separate orders if you need an item sooner.

V’s House of Fashion is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged Package:

V’s House of Fashion is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Lost Packages:

V’s House of Fashion is not liable for any packages that are lost during shipping or stolen. If you did not receive your package and your tracking indicated that the package was delivered, please contact USPS to file a claim.
